Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Flashlabs Dev S.R.L. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “user”) governing your access to and use of Ipix (the “App”) and any related websites or services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have consent from your parent or legal guardian.

User Content & Responsibility

The Service may allow you to access, import, or interact with content you supply or that is provided by third parties.

You are solely responsible for the content you access or add and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions.
Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or to violate any law or regulation.
We do not host or provide third-party content and are not responsible for content you access through the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to derive source code of the App;
bypass, interfere with, or disable security or access controls;
use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes;
interfere with the Service's operation or other users' enjoyment.

We may monitor usage and suspend or terminate access for violations.

Intellectual Property

The Service (including software, text, graphics, and logos) is owned by Flashlabs Dev S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

In-App Purchases & Ads (if applicable)

The App may offer optional paid features and may display advertising. Purchases are processed by the platform or payment provider and are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party billing, processing, or ad content.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, sign-in, content providers). Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process data.

Availability & Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner (e.g., in-App notice). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flashlabs Dev S.R.L. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any) during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws of your country of residence apply for consumer protections.
